Diamond Flower is a 3D sculptural rhinestone applique. Instead of a continuous sheet or roll, each piece arrives as a complete motif — laser-cut, heat-pressed into dimensional form, then hand-set with additional stones.
钻花是一片立体水钻装饰 —— 不是按米或按片走的连续辅料，而是一片完整的成品图案：激光切割、3D 热压成型、手工嵌钻完成的装饰件。
Definition · 定义
Diamond Flower is one of LOCACRYSTAL’s main product lines. Each piece is built through a four-step craft sequence — pattern design, laser cutting, 3D heat-press forming into a multi-layer sculptural shape, and hand-set stones by an in-house 50+ craftspeople team. Elements combined into a single motif include crystal rhinestones, resin stones, ceramic stones, glass beads, pearls, ABS pearls, glass shaped rhinestones, metal chain elements, laser-cut paper and UV-printed graphics.
Motif sizes are custom: small accents from around 3 — 5 cm, statement pieces up to 20+ cm bodice or back-panel motifs.
Each piece is finished with an adhesive backing for hot-fix application or with sew-on tabs for stitched attachment. All materials are AAA-grade, sourced from leading domestic Chinese suppliers — high brilliance, strong bonding, and simple to apply.

每片再做背面处理 —— 背胶款用于烫钻，缝纫款带固定耳便于缝制。所有的材质都是国产 AAA 级的品质。非常好的闪光度，粘接非常牢固，使用起来简单方便。

Diamond Flower is the LOCACRYSTAL line that cannot be one-shot machined. The laser, the heat-press and the 50+ handcraft team each carry a step the others cannot — and the sequence in which they run is what gives the piece its 3D character.

It is built through a four-step craft sequence — pattern design, laser cutting, 3D heat-press forming and hand-set stones — finished with Hot Fix or Sew On. Elements include crystal rhinestones, resin stones, ceramic stones, glass beads, pearls, ABS pearls, glass shaped rhinestones, metal chain elements, laser-cut paper and UV-printed graphics, producing floral, motif and decorative patches that read as dimensional rather than flat. Crystal Mesh and Diamond Lace are continuous-format materials — a flat mesh or an adhesive-backed trim, supplied in sheet or roll. Diamond Flower is a finished motif: a 3D shaped applique with multiple layers, formed by laser cutting, heat-pressing and hand-set stones. Where Crystal Mesh and Diamond Lace are base materials a customer cuts and applies, Diamond Flower arrives as a complete decorative piece ready to attach.

The four steps are: 1) laser cutting of base shapes from a rhinestone-mesh sheet using LOCACRYSTAL’s in-house molds and patterns; 2) 3D heat-press forming, which gives the flat shapes their dimensional, multi-layer character; 3) hand-set stone work, where a 50+ handcraft team places additional stones to complete the motif; and 4) finishing, where each piece receives either an adhesive backing for hot-fix application or sew-on tabs for stitched attachment.

Yes. Diamond Flower is built around custom motifs — buyers can supply a design (OEM) or work with LOCACRYSTAL’s pattern library and mold workshop on a fresh motif (ODM). Stone choice, colour, motif size and finishing method are all open. Sizes typically run from small 3 — 5 cm accents to large bodice or back-panel pieces of 20+ cm.

All Diamond Flower is produced in LOCACRYSTAL’s 8,000 m² owned factory at No.313 Qianfang Road, Pujiang County, Zhejiang Province, China — a 17-year manufacturing base operating since 2009. The hand-set stage is carried out by an in-house 50+ handcraft team, many of whom have ten or more years on the line.
