PVC Strip is the LOCACRYSTAL line that decorates with luminous PVC material — transparent, coloured or iridescent — instead of rhinestones. Stitched onto sandal straps and shoe vamps.

PVC Strip is one of LOCACRYSTAL’s main product lines. The strip is produced by extruding PVC compound into a continuous, glossy decorative shape — transparent, clear, iridescent, solid-coloured or multi-tone.
Standard row counts: 1, 4, 10 and 14.
PVC Strip is a different product family from LOCACRYSTAL’s seven rhinestone-mesh lines — it contains no rhinestones. All PVC compound is AAA-grade, sourced from leading domestic Chinese suppliers — strong gloss, stable colour, and easy for shoe factories to stitch onto sandal straps and shoe vamps.

PVC Strip runs on a dedicated extrusion line inside the Pujiang factory — separate equipment from rhinestone production. Compound to packed roll, every step is in-house.

Target 2026 is 50,000 metres per day across five PVC extrusion lines. Capacity is being scaled up through 2026 as the line cluster expands. The PVC line operates independently from rhinestone production, so PVC orders do not bottleneck rhinestone orders and vice versa.

All PVC Strip is produced on dedicated PVC extrusion lines inside LOCACRYSTAL’s 8,000 m² owned factory at No.313 Qianfang Road, Pujiang County, Zhejiang Province, China — a 17-year manufacturing base operating since 2009. The PVC lines run in parallel with rhinestone production but on independent equipment.
