What is Rhinestone Patch?
Rhinestone Patch (水钻贴片) is a die-cut, backless rhinestone motif patch built on a flexible adhesive base — hot-melt or 513 double-sided sticker — designed for shoes, garments, bags, caps and stagewear. The patch is die-cut into motif shapes — florals, geometrics, custom patterns — and Hot Fix heat-pressed (or stuck on with the 513 double-sided variant) onto sandal vamps, slipper uppers, rainboots, sneakers and platform heels. Decorative elements set across the motif include pointed-back rhinestones, flat-back rhinestones, hot-fix rhinestones, resin rhinestones, ceramic stones, glass shaped rhinestones, ABS beads, pearls, glass beads, electroplated steel beads, shaped claw settings and claw chains. Stones range from SS2.5 to SS12. AAA-grade materials throughout.

How is Rhinestone Patch different from Crystal Mesh or Diamond Lace?
Crystal Mesh ships as a flat sheet and Diamond Lace ships as a continuous trim strip — both are flat materials or trim that the buyer cuts to size. Rhinestone Patch is the ready-cut form in the same family: it sits on the same flexible adhesive base that Crystal Mesh and Diamond Lace use (hot-melt or 513 double-sided sticker), but is already die-cut to motif shape. The buyer can heat-press or stick the patch directly onto a shoe, garment, bag or cap without any in-house die-cutting step. It is a finished-application form factor, ready to apply on arrival.

What can Rhinestone Patch be applied to?
Rhinestone Patch works on shoes, garments, bags, caps and stagewear — letters, numbers and motifs heat-press onto fabric, leather, PVC and rubber. In footwear it ships into five categories — sandals (vamp decoration), slippers (toplines), rainboots (PVC / rubber uppers), sneakers (side panels) and platform / wedge heels (decorative side bands). The hot-melt film bonds across both fabric and rubber substrates after sufficient heat and pressure.

What is the heat-press temperature and time?
Standard heat-press settings are 130 — 150°C for 10 — 20 seconds, depending on the substrate. Sandals and slippers typically sit at the lower end of that window; rainboots and platform sides at the higher end. Final settings depend on the actual substrate — shoe material, garment fabric or bag leather — sample testing is part of order setup, and LOCACRYSTAL provides the recommended window for each substrate.

Where is Rhinestone Patch produced?
All Rhinestone Patch is produced in LOCACRYSTAL’s 8,000 m² owned factory in Pujiang, Zhejiang, China — a 17-year manufacturing base operating since 2009. The Pujiang base also produces seven other LOCACRYSTAL product lines, so Rhinestone Patch can ship together with Diamond Rope, PVC Dori, Shoe Upper or other lines in a single container.
水钻贴片全部产自乐卡浦江 8,000 m² 自有厂房 —— 浙江省金华市浦江县前方大道 313 号 · 2009 年起运营至今的 17 年制造基地。浦江工厂同时生产 LOCA 另外 7 条产品线，水钻贴片可以和水钻抽条、PVC 条、鞋面等线一柜混发。
