Shoe Patch is a die-cut, backless rhinestone motif patch built on a flexible adhesive base — hot-melt OR 513 double-sided sticker. Cut to motif shape, applied to a shoe vamp, heat-pressed for seconds — and the decoration is locked in for the life of the shoe.

Definition · 定义
Shoe Patch is one of LOCACRYSTAL’s main product lines. It is a die-cut, backless rhinestone motif patch built on a simple two-part structure: decorative elements on top, and a flexible adhesive base on the bottom — hot-melt OR 513 double-sided sticker. The same flexible-adhesive-base structure is shared with Crystal Mesh and Diamond Lace; Shoe Patch is the die-cut, motif-shaped form of that family. Decorative elements set across the motif include crystal rhinestones, resin stones, ceramic stones, glass beads, pearls, ABS pearls, glass shaped rhinestones, metal chain elements, laser-cut paper and UV-printed graphics — mixed to the motif. Patch shapes are die-cut to florals, geometric patterns or customer-supplied artwork.
Motif sizes run from 2 cm accents to full vamp coverage at 15 — 20 cm. Stone sizes range SS2.5 to SS12.
The hot-melt variant bonds across fabric, leather, PVC and rubber substrates after a short heat-press cycle; the 513 double-sided variant sticks on without heat. All materials are AAA-grade, sourced from leading domestic Chinese suppliers — high brilliance, strong bonding, and simple to apply on shoe-factory lines.

热熔胶版本可以贴合布面、皮料、PVC、橡胶等多种鞋材，热压几秒即固化；513 双面胶版本不用加热，直接粘贴即可。所有的材质都是国产 AAA 级的品质。非常好的闪光度，粘接非常牢固，鞋厂产线上使用起来简单方便。

Crystal Mesh ships as a flat sheet and Diamond Lace ships as a continuous trim strip — both are flat materials or trim that the buyer cuts to size. Shoe Patch is the footwear-tuned form in the same family: it sits on the same flexible adhesive base that Crystal Mesh and Diamond Lace use (hot-melt or 513 double-sided sticker), but is already die-cut to motif shape. The shoe factory can heat-press or stick the patch directly onto a vamp without any in-house die-cutting step. It is a finished-application form factor, engineered specifically for shoe decoration.

Shoe Patch is engineered for five footwear categories — sandals (vamp decoration), slippers (toplines), rainboots (PVC / rubber uppers), sneakers (side panels) and platform / wedge heels (decorative side bands). The hot-melt film bonds across both fabric and rubber substrates after sufficient heat and pressure.

Standard heat-press settings are 130 — 150°C for 10 — 20 seconds, depending on the substrate. Sandals and slippers typically sit at the lower end of that window; rainboots and platform sides at the higher end. Final settings depend on the actual shoe material — sample testing is part of order setup, and LOCACRYSTAL provides the recommended window for each substrate.

The Pujiang base also produces seven other LOCACRYSTAL product lines, so Shoe Patch can ship together with Diamond Rope, PVC Strip, Shoe Upper or other lines in a single container.
