为什么我们要做 LOCACRYSTAL
A note from ZHANG YUN on what seventeen years built around the rhinestone really means — and why standardization, not "best in show," is the promise we choose to keep.
创始人张运的一段话:17 年只围绕水钻这一件事打磨,到底意味着什么 —— 为什么我们选择把承诺押在"标准化"而不是"行业最顶尖"上。
In 2009 I started LOCACRYSTAL in Pujiang, Zhejiang, with two rhinestone-production machines. Over the next six years we grew that workshop to forty machines — and more importantly, we iterated the equipment from single-operator stations to unmanned production lines, and built every step of how a glass bead becomes a rhinestone in-house: grinding, polishing, flat-pushing, silver-plating. In 2012 we opened a showroom in Yiwu and took our first overseas orders. By 2015 we knew the rhinestone end-to-end.
2009 年,我在浙江浦江从两台水钻设备起步。后来的六年里,车间扩到了 40 台设备 —— 更重要的是,我们把设备从单人操作迭代到了无人化生产线,把"一颗水钻怎么从玻璃珠走到成品"的每一步 —— 玻璃珠 → 磨削 → 抛光 → 推平面 → 镀银 —— 全部自己做了一遍。2012 年我们在义乌开了展厅,接到了第一批海外订单。到 2015 年,水钻这门工艺,从头到尾我们都做过、做透。
In 2016 I made the hardest decision in seventeen years: we sold all forty rhinestone machines and started over. The bet was that the next decade of fashion accessory belonged not to loose rhinestones, but to rhinestone-based accessory materials — Crystal Mesh, cup chain, aluminum banding. Today, inside that same Pujiang factory, we run eight product lines.
2016 年,我做了 17 年里最难的一个决定:把那 40 台水钻设备全部卖掉,从零再开始。我赌的是下一个十年的时尚辅料,重点不再是"散装水钻",而是"水钻类型的辅料" —— 水钻胶网、水钻抓链、铝网。在我们浦江的工厂里,现在我们拥有了 8 种产品的生产线。
The rhinestone accessory market is fragmented — quality varies between batches, between suppliers, between months. LOCA’s answer is not "we are the best." It is "we are the same, every shipment."
钻类辅料这个市场比较乱 —— 不同批次、不同供应商、不同月份,品质波动很大。乐卡的回答从来不是"我们最好",而是"我们每一批都一样"。
That is why we don’t talk about being the most premium. We talk about being the most consistent. Standardization is the harder promise to keep — and the only one that lets our buyers’ orders grow without surprises.
所以我们不讲"最高端"。我们讲"最稳定"。标准化是更难守的承诺 —— 也是唯一能让客户的订单持续增长而不出意外的承诺。

Chapter I · Founding
浦江 · 两台水钻设备起步
LOCACRYSTAL is founded in Pujiang, Zhejiang — a county that has been the heart of China’s rhinestone industry for decades. We start with two rhinestone-production machines, manufacturing the rhinestone component itself for local fashion accessory factories.
乐卡在浙江浦江成立 —— 浦江是中国水钻产业几十年的核心。我们从两台水钻生产设备起步,生产水钻元件本身,供应本地的辅料工厂。
Chapter II · Mastering the Rhinestone, End-to-End
从 2 台扩到 40 台 · 从单人设备升级到无人化生产线
Year after year we add capacity; more importantly, we iterate the entire production process. Equipment evolves from single-operator stations to unmanned production lines. Every step of how a glass bead becomes a rhinestone — grinding, polishing, flat-pushing, silver-plating — is built, run, and refined in-house. By 2015 the workshop holds forty machines, and we know the rhinestone end-to-end.
设备一年一年加上去;更重要的是,我们把整条生产工艺都迭代了一遍。设备从单人操作站升级到无人化生产线。一颗水钻怎么从玻璃珠走到成品 —— 玻璃珠 → 磨削 → 抛光 → 推平面 → 镀银 —— 每一步都是我们自己搭、自己调、自己磨过的。到 2015 年,车间有 40 台设备,水钻这门工艺从头到尾我们都做过、做透。
Chapter III · Yiwu and the First Overseas Buyers
在义乌开店 · 接到第一批海外订单
We open a showroom in Yiwu — the world’s largest small-commodity hub — to receive international buyers directly. The same year, our first overseas customers begin sourcing from LOCA. From this point on, Pujiang handles production; Yiwu handles the buyer interface. The two-base operating model takes shape.
我们在义乌 —— 全球最大的小商品集散地 —— 开了一家展厅,直接面向国际买家。同一年,第一批海外客户开始从乐卡采购。从这一刻起,浦江负责生产、义乌负责接客户的"双地点"运转模式开始成型。
Chapter IV · The Pivot
卖掉 40 台 · 从水钻胶网重启
The hardest decision in seventeen years: we sell every rhinestone-production machine and re-tool the factory around three new product systems — Crystal Mesh (rhinestones bonded onto mesh backing), cup chain, and aluminum banding. The bet: the next decade belongs not to loose rhinestones, but to rhinestone-based accessory materials.
17 年里最难的一个决定:把全部水钻生产设备卖掉,工厂围绕三类新产品重新搭建 —— 水钻胶网(把水钻贴在胶网底材上)、水钻抓链、铝网。我们下注的是:下一个十年的重点不会是"散装水钻",而是"水钻类型的辅料"。
Chapter V · Overseas Trim Supply Scales Up
从"接到第一批"到"主营业务"
With the new Crystal Mesh, cup chain, and aluminum banding system in place, the overseas customers we first met in 2012 grow into large, multi-category accounts. Overseas headwear factories and international accessory trim houses become LOCA’s primary buyer base — recurring volume across categories, sustained for years. The international supply book moves from "first orders" to "core business."
2016 年转型完成后,2012 年起步的那批海外客户开始规模化 —— 海外头饰工厂、国外辅料商扩展为乐卡的主要客户群,跨品类、复购、大批量,持续多年。国际供应这本账,从"接到第一批"变成了"主营业务"。
Chapter VI · The Footwear Wave
为鞋材厂生产"无限长"水钻胶网
Diamond-trim becomes a major decoration language in China’s domestic footwear industry. LOCA supplies large volumes of continuous, long-run Crystal Mesh to shoe-trim factories — the international book of headwear / trim business now sits alongside a domestic footwear book.
国内鞋材行业开始大量使用水钻抽条做装饰。乐卡开始为鞋材厂大批量供应"无限长"的连续水钻胶网 —— 海外头饰 / 辅料商这本账,旁边多了一本国内鞋材的账。
Chapter VII · Beyond the Rhinestone
手镯胶网升级 · 不只是水钻
LOCA develops new versions of Bangle Diamond Sticker built around glass pearls and electroplated steel beads — moving the product beyond rhinestone-only patterns. The range of designs explodes: rhinestone, glass-pearl, steel-bead, and mixed-material patterns now sit in one product line. Headwear and bangle factories source the full palette from a single supplier.
我们开发出玻璃珠版本与电镀钢珠版本的手镯胶网 —— 这条产品线不再只围绕水钻一种装饰。款式数量一下子打开:水钻款、玻璃珠款、钢珠款、混合材料款,都在同一条产品线里。头饰厂、手镯厂可以从一家供应商买齐全套色款。
Chapter VIII · Downstream Integration · In-House Tooling
自主生产水钻抽条 · 自主开模 · 日产 15 万米
In 2024 we begin producing Diamond Rope in-house — no longer just supplying the mesh, but bonding it into finished trim ourselves. In 2025 we set up our own small in-house mold workshop, bringing pattern design and mold development under one roof. Daily Diamond Rope output stabilizes at roughly 150,000 metres. LOCA moves from "materials supplier" to "finished-accessory manufacturer with self-owned tooling capability."
2024 年起,我们开始自己生产水钻抽条 (Diamond Rope) —— 不再只供应水钻网片,而是把它压成成品辅料卖出去。2025 年又自主搭建了模具开发工作间,把图案设计与开模工艺收进了自己体系。Diamond Rope 日产量稳定在 15 万米左右。乐卡从"材料供应商"升级为"拥有自主开模能力的成品辅料制造商"。
Chapter IX · Eight Lines, In-House
钻花、鞋面、PVC 亮条 —— 全品类闭环
Late 2025: in-house R&D begins on Diamond Flower and Shoe Upper; new PVC extrusion lines enter trial production. By 2026 the full eight-line system — Crystal Mesh · Diamond Rope · Diamond Lace · Bangle Diamond Sticker · Diamond Flower · Shoe Patch · Shoe Upper · PVC Strip — is being produced under one roof. Buyers source the full range from a single supplier; LOCA holds the same protocol across every shipment.
2025 年末,我们启动钻花与鞋面的自研;新购入的 PVC 挤出设备开始试产。到 2026 年,完整的 8 条产品线 —— 水钻网片 · 水钻抽条 · 水钻条 · 手镯钻贴条 · 钻花 · 鞋花 · 鞋面 · PVC 亮条 —— 在同一栋厂房里完成自主生产。客户可以从一家供应商买齐全部品类;乐卡在每一批货上守住同一套标准。
