What is Shoe Upper?
Shoe Upper (鞋面) is a fully-formed decorated shoe upper shipped to footwear factories ready for sole attachment. Decorative elements on the face include pointed-back rhinestones, flat-back rhinestones, hot-fix rhinestones, resin rhinestones, ceramic stones, glass shaped rhinestones, ABS beads, pearls, glass beads, electroplated steel beads, shaped claw settings and claw chains. The decoration is shaped over a fabric back with an inner core selectable from cotton, EVA, PVC, PU or TPU (specified per order), formed by cold-hot press and RF (radio-frequency) welding. Shoe Upper shares this fabric-back + selectable-inner-core construction with our Diamond Rope line. LOCACRYSTAL handles the rhinestone-mesh layout, the cold-hot press forming, and the RF welding that gives the upper its 3D shape. The customer shoe factory only needs to stitch or glue on the sole.

What sole types can be attached to LOCA Shoe Uppers?
LOCACRYSTAL Shoe Uppers are sole-agnostic. The customer footwear factory can attach EVA, rubber, TPU, PU or PVC soles using stitching, gluing or strobel construction — whichever method the factory’s own line is built for. The upper is delivered ready for the factory’s existing sole-attachment process.

All Shoe Upper production happens in LOCACRYSTAL’s 8,000 m² owned factory at No.313 Qianfang Road, Pujiang County, Zhejiang Province, China — a 17-year rhinestone-accessory manufacturing base operating since 2009. Shoe Upper can ship together with Diamond Rope, PVC Strip and Diamond Patch in a single mixed container.
