Shoe Upper is one of LOCACRYSTAL's eight product lines and a new 2026 launch. It is a fully-formed decorated shoe upper: a decorated face built from the twelve-element material library, shaped over a fabric back with a selectable inner core, and formed into a 3D shoe shape by cold-hot press and RF (radio-frequency / high-frequency) welding. The customer footwear factory receives a complete upper — only the final sole-stitching or sole-gluing step remains.
It is the most downstream line LOCACRYSTAL makes. Where Diamond Lace or Crystal Mesh ship as material a factory then applies, Shoe Upper ships as a finished component. All materials are AAA-grade, sourced from leading domestic Chinese suppliers; service is OEM / ODM. Current category focus for 2026 is sandals and slippers.
The upper is delivered ready for the factory's existing sole-attachment process — no new tooling required on the buyer's side.

Shoe Upper is a trim, like Diamond Lace.
It is not. Diamond Lace and the other trim lines ship as material the factory then applies. Shoe Upper is a finished component — a fully-formed vamp that only needs a sole. It is the most downstream line LOCACRYSTAL makes.
It is a Target 2026, not a current shipping number. Shoe Upper launched in 2026 and the production line is being scaled through the year. Buyers booking volume for late-2026 deliveries should align the timeline with LOCACRYSTAL directly (see page 12).
Under the decorated face, every Shoe Upper is built on a fabric back with an inner core chosen at order time. This is the same construction family as Diamond Rope — the same back-plus-core logic, finished into a vamp instead of a strip.

Cotton, EVA, PVC, PU and TPU share the same Shoe Upper line, separated by the inner-core field. The core sets hand-feel and shape retention, so a missing or ambiguous core stalls the forming step. Name it on every PO.

Diamond Rope and Shoe Upper share the fabric-back + selectable-inner-core build. Same construction logic, different finished form — Diamond Rope is a sewn-down strip; Shoe Upper is a fully-formed vamp.
The forming is what turns a flat decorated panel into a 3D vamp that holds its shape. From last pattern to packed pair, the full sequence runs inside the Pujiang base — no outsourced forming, no external welding shop.

A formed shape, not a flat panel.
Cold-hot press sets the layers and the 3D form; RF welding fuses the edges and joins so the vamp holds that shape without stitched seams. The result is a finished upper the factory does not have to form, weld or shape itself.

Hot-fix is a stand-alone stone material, not a process.
A common misread treats "hot-fix" as a backing option. It is not. Hot-fix (烫钻) is a stone material that ships with thermal adhesive already bonded to the back — normally flat-back. Flat-back rhinestone (A2) is bare; hot-fix (A3) is glue-ready. Different SKUs, different production lines.
Shoe Upper launched in 2026, and the line is honest about where it is in its build-up. Current category focus is sandals and slippers — the segments where rhinestone-decorated uppers see the highest seasonal demand.

Shoe Upper ships formed and paired, ready for the sole line. Three storage habits keep the formed shape, the stone face and the inner core in the condition they left the factory in.
鞋面出厂时已成型、已配对，备好走装底线。三个储存习惯能让成型鞋型、钻面和内层保持出厂状态。
Storage
Temperature: 15–28°C. Above 35°C, EVA and PU cores can soften and the formed shape can relax.
Humidity: 40–60% RH. High humidity can affect the fabric back; very dry air builds static that attracts dust to the stone face.
Light: keep cartons closed. Silver-plated steel bead elements oxidise under prolonged UV exposure.
Stacking: store paired and lightly stacked — do not crush formed vamps under heavy load, or the 3D shape can flatten.

Before sole attachment
Wipe the upper clean and dry before running it to the sole line — dust and oil affect adhesion at the sole join.
Verify the sole-attachment method on the actual core type first; an EVA-core vamp and a TPU-core vamp can behave differently under heat.
Do not stretch or force the vamp onto a last that does not match its formed shape.

The formed vamp loses its 3D shape.

Cause: stored above 35°C or crushed under load, softening the inner core.

Fix: store paired and lightly stacked at 15–28°C; for hot climates, specify a firmer core (PVC) at order time.

An RF weld or edge separates.

Cause: weld parameters not matched to the inner-core type, or the vamp was over-flexed before sole attachment.

Fix: confirm the core type on the PO so RF parameters are set for it; report any separation with the SH code so the batch can be checked.

Cause: direct heat or solvent applied to the stone face during sole attachment.

Fix: keep heat and adhesive away from the decorated face; mask the face during the sole-gluing step.

Colour variation between pairs.

Cause: stones drawn from different production batches across the order.

Fix: on reorders, specify "same batch as previous PO" in writing; on new orders, request a colour-cluster confirmation sample.

Steel bead elements darken in storage.
电镀钢珠在储存中变暗
Cause: silver plating oxidises under air, moisture or UV.
根因：银电镀在空气、湿气、UV 下氧化。
Fix: store sealed with desiccant in closed cartons; for long shelf-life, specify gold or gunmetal plating.
处理：封闭纸箱 + 干燥剂密封储存；长期储存改指定金或枪色电镀。
The vamp does not fit the last.

Cause: the last pattern on the PO did not match the factory's own last.

Fix: always confirm the last pattern and SH code on every PO, and approve a physical sample on the factory's own last before bulk.
