Diamond Flower is a 3D sculptural rhinestone applique. Instead of a continuous sheet or roll, each piece arrives as a complete motif — laser-cut, heat-pressed into dimensional form, then hand-set with additional stones.

Diamond Flower is one of LOCACRYSTAL's main product lines — rhinestones (or any of twelve elements) built into a complete, dimensional motif. Where Crystal Mesh and Diamond Lace are continuous base materials a buyer cuts and applies, Diamond Flower arrives as a finished decorative piece, ready to attach. The 3D multi-layer form is the differentiator: it reads as a sculpted object, not as flat trim laid on a surface.

Each piece is built through a four-step craft — pattern design, laser cutting, 3D heat-press forming, and hand-set stones by an in-house team of more than fifty craftspeople. It is finished as Hot Fix (adhesive backing) or Sew On (stitched tabs). Motif sizes are custom, from small 3–5 cm accents to 20+ cm bodice and back-panel pieces. All materials are AAA-grade, sourced from leading domestic Chinese suppliers.

It is not. The key differentiator is the 3D multi-layer sculptural form — the laser-cut shape is heat-pressed into depth, then hand-set with stones. A flat patch lies on the surface; a Diamond Flower motif reads as a dimensional object.

Diamond Flower is the same kind of product as Crystal Mesh or Diamond Lace.
Different category. Crystal Mesh and Diamond Lace are continuous-format base materials — a flat mesh or an adhesive trim, supplied by sheet or roll, that a buyer cuts and applies. Diamond Flower is a finished motif: a complete 3D piece ready to attach.
They are the same motif with two finishing options. Hot Fix carries an adhesive backing applied under heat; Sew On carries stitched tabs. The motif and its 3D form are identical — only the back-of-piece finish differs, chosen at order time.

The motif is drawn to the order spec from LOCACRYSTAL's pattern library and in-house mold workshop, then matched to molds that already know how a shape behaves under heat-press.从自有图案库与模具车间按订单出图，匹配已知"压出来好看"的模具。

Hand-set sits between two machine stages.
The hand-set stage runs after 3D forming, not before — so the craftsperson sets stones onto a piece that already has its dimensional shape. That sequence, with hand work between machine stages, is what no single machine can reproduce in one shot.

The 3D heat-press stage is what separates Diamond Flower from a flat patch. The motif gains real depth and a layered build — so it catches light from several angles and reads as part of the garment rather than as something laid on top.

What the 3D form does
Catches light from multiple angles: a flat trim returns light from one plane; a heat-pressed multi-layer motif reflects from several, so it reads brighter and more alive on a moving garment.
Reads as part of the piece: the depth makes the motif look sculpted into the bodice or vamp, not stuck on — the quality bridal and evening-wear buyers ask for.
Holds layered detail: petals, wings and geometric forms can sit at different heights, so a single motif carries foreground and background within one piece.

Depth is built in step 3 and cannot be added later.
The dimensional form comes from the 3D heat-press stage on a specific mold. A motif's depth and layer structure are decided when the mold and forming are set — not adjustable after the stones are hand-set. That is why pattern design (step 1) and the mold choice frame everything downstream.

An F-code is a starting point, not a fixed SKU.
Each F-coded motif (F-001, F-013, F-039, F-023…) is a library pattern. Buyers reference an F-code, then specify a custom size, colour and element mix on top of it — or commission a fresh motif (ODM) entirely. The code anchors the conversation; the order is custom.

Unlike a single-element trim, a Diamond Flower motif is built to combine elements in one piece — pointed-back stones for brilliance, pearls for softness, claw chain for an edge. The hand-set stage is what makes this multi-element density possible.
Every Diamond Flower is custom in motif and size, but each one runs the same four-step craft. Two variables sit on every PO: the motif size, and the back-of-piece finishing — Hot Fix or Sew On.

A Diamond Flower order needs the motif (or F-code), the size, and the finishing — Hot Fix or Sew On — named on the PO. The same motif ships either way; a missing finishing field stops the back-of-piece stage.

Diamond Flower ships as a finished motif. Three storage habits keep the 3D form, the adhesive backing and the stone face in the condition they left the factory in.
钻花以成品图案件出厂。三个储存习惯能让立体形态、背胶和钻面保持出厂状态。
Storage
Temperature: 15–28°C. Above 35°C, the hot-fix adhesive backing softens and the 3D form can flatten under stacking weight.
Humidity: 40–60% RH. Above 70% RH, adhesive backing can lose tack; below 30% RH, electrostatic build-up attracts dust onto the stone face.
Light: keep cartons closed. Silver-plated steel bead elements oxidise under prolonged UV exposure.
Stacking: store motifs flat in shallow layers — do not compress the 3D form under heavy stacking.
Wipe the carrier clean and dry before bonding — dust and oil prevent full adhesion.
For Hot Fix, verify press temperature on the exact carrier first — and protect the 3D form so the press does not flatten it.
For Sew On, stitch through the tabs, not through the stone field, to keep the motif's form intact.

The 3D form flattens after shipping or application.

Cause: heavy stacking in storage, or excessive press pressure on a Hot Fix piece.
根因：储存时重压堆放，或烫钻贴合时压力过大。
Fix: store flat in shallow layers; for Hot Fix, protect the form during pressing and verify pressure on a test piece first.
处理：平放分浅层；烫钻贴合时保护立体结构，先在试件上验证压力。
Hot Fix backing does not bond.
烫钻款贴不牢
Cause: insufficient temperature/time/pressure, or the carrier is not heat-bondable.
根因：温度/时间/压力不足，或载体不耐热压。
Fix: verify press parameters on the actual carrier; if it still fails or the carrier is heat-sensitive, switch to the Sew On finish.

Hand-set stones loosen at the edges of the motif.

Cause: stress on edge stones during shipping, or stitching/pressing through the stone field instead of the tabs.

Fix: stitch through the sew-on tabs only; ship motifs flat and protected; report a batch for re-set if edge density is short.

Colour variation between motifs in one order.

Cause: stones drawn from different production batches across a long hand-set run.
根因：较长手工排产中混入了不同生产批次的钻。
Fix: on reorders, specify "same batch as previous PO" in writing; on new orders, request a colour-cluster confirmation sample.
处理：复购时书面注明"沿用上批次"；新单先要颜色一致性样品确认。
Steel bead elements darken in storage.
电镀钢珠在储存中变暗
Cause: silver plating oxidises under air, moisture or UV.
根因：银电镀在空气、湿气、UV 下氧化。
Fix: store in sealed mylar with desiccant; for long shelf-life, specify gold or gunmetal plating.
处理：密封 mylar 袋 + 干燥剂；长期储存改指定金或枪色电镀。
Bulk motif looks different from the sample.

Cause: sample and bulk PO did not reference the same F-code, size and finishing.

Fix: reference the F-code, motif size and finishing on every PO. "F-013 · 8 cm · Sew On" is unambiguous; "rhinestone flower" alone is not.
