"105 × 175" is a sheet size, not a bead count.
It is a bead count. On a fixed 24 × 40 cm sheet, "105 × 175" means 105 beads along the 24cm edge and 175 beads along the 40cm edge — a total of 18,375 stones per sheet.
They are not. Hot-fix needs a heated press at 180°C; 513 is a peel-and-stick pressure-sensitive backing. They are two different substrates, ordered separately, and serve different production lines.
No. Of twelve LOCACRYSTAL subcategories, only four are single-material. Eight involve resin, ceramic, glass shapes, ABS, chain, or glass beads woven into the layout.
Every Crystal Mesh sheet sits on one of two flexible adhesive bases. The choice is set at order time, and it determines how the buyer applies the sheet downstream.

How to choose
Choose hot-melt when the buyer has a heat press, the carrier tolerates 180°C, and the bond must survive washing or industrial finishing.
Choose 513 when heat is not available, the carrier is heat-sensitive, or the application is manual / craft / low-volume.

On a fixed 24 × 40 cm base, density is the variable. Six stone sizes (SS3.5 to SS12) carry a wide library of bead-count combinations. SS4 and SS6 alone account for multiple density grades each — the grid below shows the most-ordered combinations.
Smaller stones, denser fields. Same size, multiple densities.
Stone size and bead count move in opposite directions: smaller SS = more beads on the same sheet. But within a single stone size, the line can hold spacing tighter or looser — SS6 alone covers seven density grades, allowing buyers to fine-tune the visual weight without changing stone choice.
Match a SKU to an effect: dense continuous shimmer → SS3.5 / SS4. Distinct individual stones → SS10 / SS12.
Quote and reorder accurately: bead count is the line item on the PO. "SS6 · 108 × 180" is unambiguous; "SS6" alone is not.
Compare cost between grades: total bead count scales linearly with raw material consumption. SS3.5 (41,040 beads) costs roughly 6.8× SS12 (6,000 beads) in stone count alone.

Two layers. A dense small-stone base (SS4 / SS6) carries a sparser overlay of larger stones (SS10 / SS12) at the design points — creating a low-relief field with focal highlights.
Three layers. Small base, mid-size connectors, large focal points. The most three-dimensional surface LOCA produces from rhinestone alone — used where a Crystal Mesh sheet needs to read like sculpted hardware.

Hot-fix is a stand-alone stone material, not a process.
A common misread: "hot-fix" is sometimes treated as a backing option. It is not. Hot-fix (烫钻) is a stone material that ships with thermal adhesive already bonded to the back — it is normally flat-back, so "flat-back hot-fix" is the explicit name. Flat-back rhinestone (A2) is bare; hot-fix (A3) is glue-ready. Different SKUs, different production lines.

Storage
Temperature: 15–28°C. Hot-melt adhesive softens above 35°C — sheets can stick together in stacks.
Acclimatise sheets to room temperature for 2–4 hours before pressing if shipped from cold storage.
Wipe carrier substrate with a lint-free cloth before hot-fix — dust and loose fibres prevent full bonding.
Do not bend the sheet against the rhinestone face — stones can pop loose at the edge.

Cause: insufficient temperature, time, or pressure — or carrier substrate not heat-bondable.

Fix: verify 180°C / 15 seconds / medium pressure on the actual carrier; if failure persists, switch to 513 substrate.
