A rhinestone shoe upper is not a trim you cut from a roll. It arrives at your line as a finished component, shaped, decorated and ready to last. That's exactly why the order needs more detail than a roll of lace or rope ever would. The factory builds your spec from the fabric up, so anything you don't say, someone on our side has to guess. This guide walks through what to put in writing, section by section.

Start with the Base Fabric and the Shape
先说清基布和形状
Every upper begins with a base fabric, and the choice changes how the piece sews, stretches and wears. Tell us what shoe it's going onto: a strappy sandal behaves nothing like a closed pump, and the base has to match. If you have a pattern piece or even a hand-drawn outline with dimensions, send it with the inquiry. A photo of the target shoe helps more than three paragraphs of description.
每个鞋面都从基布做起，基布选什么，直接决定这块部件怎么车线、有没有延展、耐不耐穿。先告诉我们它要上什么鞋：细带凉鞋和包头浅口鞋完全是两种脾气，基布必须跟着鞋型走。手上有纸样，哪怕是一张标了尺寸的手绘轮廓，都请随询盘一起发来。一张目标鞋款的照片，比三段文字描述都管用。
Dimensions matter down to the millimeter. State the length and width of each piece, whether it's a full vamp or a set of straps, and the size run you need. If the upper wraps a curve, say so. Flat artwork that has to bend around a toe behaves differently once stones are on it.
尺寸要精确到毫米。每片的长宽、是整片鞋面还是一组条带、需要覆盖的码段，都写清。如果鞋面要包弧面，一定要说明。平面图案一旦铺上钻，再绕过鞋头弯折，表现完全不一样。
The Inner Layer Decides How the Upper Stands
内层决定鞋面挺不挺
Between the base fabric and the stone work sits an inner layer, and buyers skip it in the spec more than anything else. The inner layer controls body: how stiff the upper stands, how it holds a strap shape, how it feels against the foot. A soft evening sandal and a structured day shoe want different cores, even with identical stone work on top.
基布和钻饰之间还有一层内层，这是买家在规格里最常漏掉的一项。内层管的是「身骨」：鞋面立不立得住、条带保不保得住形、贴脚的那一面是什么手感。一双软质晚装凉鞋和一双有型的日常鞋，哪怕表面钻饰一模一样，内层也得不同。
If you've ordered from us before, reference the previous order and we match it. If it's a new development, describe the hand-feel you want in plain words. "Stands on its own" and "drapes over the last" are both specs we can build to. We'll recommend an inner layer from there and confirm it on the sample card.

Spell Out the Stone Work: Type, Size, Layout
钻饰要写明：材质、尺寸、排法
The decoration is where a diamond shoe upper earns its place on the shelf, and "rhinestones, silver" is not enough to build one. Our element library covers rhinestones in a full size range, shaped glass stones, pearls, ABS and glass beads, and claw settings. Most uppers mix two or three. The order should name each element, its size, and roughly where it sits.
装饰是水钻鞋面在货架上值钱的地方，「水钻，银色」五个字撑不起一张订单。我们的元素库覆盖全尺寸段的水钻、异形玻璃钻、珍珠、ABS 珠和玻璃珠，还有爪镶底座。大多数鞋面会混用两三种。订单里要把每种元素、尺寸、大致落在哪个位置写出来。
For layout, a reference image beats coordinates. Mark the dense zones and the open zones on a photo or sketch. If the design fades from packed stones at the toe to scattered stones at the strap, show the gradient. We hold an extensive density library in-house, so matching a look you've seen is usually faster than describing one from scratch.
排法方面，一张参考图胜过一堆坐标。在照片或草图上标出密区和疏区。如果设计是鞋头满钻、往条带方向渐疏，把渐变画出来。我们厂里有完整的密度库，对着你见过的效果去配，通常比从零口述要快得多。
Name the Color Family, Then Confirm Against a Swatch
先定色系，再对色卡
Color on a rhinestone upper has two layers: the stone color and the base color underneath it. Our standing families are rose gold, gold, silver, and black with gun metal. Name the family in the order, then confirm shade against a physical swatch before bulk. AB coatings and plated finishes shift under different light, and a phone screen will lie to you. The sample card is the contract.
水钻鞋面的颜色有两层：钻本身的颜色，和它底下基布的颜色。我们的常备色系是玫瑰金、金、银、黑+枪色四族。订单里先写色系，大货前一定对实物色卡确认色号。AB 镀层和电镀面在不同光线下会变脸，手机屏幕是会骗人的。样卡才算数。
Attachment, Quantity and the Sample Loop
固定方式、数量与打样流程
Last block: the practical lines. State how the upper attaches to the shoe, sewn, cemented, or both, because it changes the edge finish we build in. State quantity per color per size. Trial orders start from USD 500, so a new style doesn't need a container commitment to get on the machines. After seventeen years of OEM and ODM work, our standard loop is sample card, confirmation sample, then bulk, with photos at each stage.
最后是实操项。写明鞋面怎么上鞋：车缝、刷胶还是两者都有，这决定我们做哪种边缘处理。每色每码的数量也要列出。试单 500 美元起，新款不用压整柜的量就能上机。做了十七年 OEM/ODM，我们的标准流程是样卡、确认样、大货，每一步都拍照同步。
Before you confirm the sample, run this list once:
- Base fabric named, with the target shoe type or a photo.
- Piece dimensions and size run.
- Inner layer: matched to a past order, or hand-feel described.
- Every decorative element listed with size and zone.
- Color family named, shade confirmed on a physical swatch.
- Attachment method and edge finish.
- Quantity per color per size, packing requirements if any.
