A dress shoe upper gets decorated and then mostly sits still. A dance shoe upper never sits still. In a Latin or ballroom routine the foot points, rolls onto the ball, pivots on a single spot and does it again a few hundred times a night. A rhinestone upper that looks perfect on the shelf can loosen at the toe box or shed stones along the vamp fold within a season if it was built like a garment patch instead of like a shoe part.
礼服鞋的鞋面装饰完基本就不动了；舞鞋鞋面从头到尾都在动。跳拉丁或国标，一晚上脚要绷、要滚到前掌、要在一个点上原地转，来回好几百次。一片水钻鞋面在货架上看着完美，可要是当成一块衣服钻贴来做、而不是当成鞋的一个零件来做，一个演出季下来就可能在鞋头松开，或者顺着脚背那道折痕掉钻。
So the starting point for this product isn't the sparkle. It's the base. A finished rhinestone shoe upper begins as a shaped panel cut to a last, with the stones set into a backing that can bend at the instep and hold at the edges. That's the part a buyer should ask about first.
所以这条产品线的起点不是闪，是底。一片成品水钻鞋面，一开始是按楦型裁好的一块成型片，水钻排在一层底材上，这层底材要能在脚背处弯、又能在边缘处稳住。买家该先问的，正是这一块。
Fitting the instep without fighting the foot
贴合脚背，又不跟脚较劲
The vamp is where dance shoes live or die. It sits over the instep, and on a heeled Latin shoe it carries most of the shoe's expression. A stiff, fully packed rhinestone panel will crease badly there and press on the foot; too soft a base and the stones splay when the foot flexes. The fix is in how the setting density is planned across the panel, not evenly, but heavier at the low-flex zones near the throat and lighter over the natural bend.
脚背这块是舞鞋的成败所在。鞋面盖在脚背上，高跟拉丁鞋的整个神气大半都靠它。一片又硬又满钻的水钻片会在这里死死起皱、硌脚；底材太软，脚一弯钻又会外翻岔开。解法在于整片鞋面的排钻密度怎么规划：不是均匀铺满，而是靠近鞋喉、不太弯的地方排密些，正对折弯的地方留松些。
We keep the setting on a backing with give, so the vamp can move with the instep instead of forcing the foot to work against a board. When a customizer sends a last profile or a sample shoe, that's what lets us map where the flex line falls and set around it.

Dance is judged at distance, under hard directional light. A rhinestone upper that looks rich up close can go flat on the floor if the stones sit at one angle and one size. What carries across a ballroom is contrast: a mix of stone sizes and a bit of faceting variation so the panel catches light from more than one direction as the foot turns. Glass crystal stones hold that flash longer than resin under repeated spotlighting, which is why competition-grade uppers lean on them.

For social and practice styles the brief is different: lighter coverage, lower cost, and stones that survive being pulled on and off nightly. We match the stone material to the tier the customizer is selling into rather than defaulting to the most expensive option.

The uppers ship as finished panels ready to be lasted onto your shoe, so the spec sheet does the work. Send the last size range, the vamp shape and throat line, the stone tier you want (glass crystal for competition, resin or mixed for social), and the metal tone of any settings so it matches your hardware. Tell us the color story too: rhinestone shoe uppers are cut in rose gold, gold and silver families, and matching the upper to buckles and heel tips is what makes a pair look designed rather than assembled.
鞋面是以成品片交货、可直接绷到你的鞋楦上的，所以规格单要把活儿说到位。请给到楦号范围、鞋面形状和鞋喉线、想要的钻档（比赛用玻璃水钻，社交用树脂或混装），以及任何爪座的金属色，好跟你的五金对上。配色也说一下：水钻鞋面按玫瑰金、金、银几个色系来裁，把鞋面跟扣件、跟头对齐，一双鞋才像是设计出来的，而不是拼出来的。
One more line worth adding to any order: reorder intent. If a style will repeat, we log the setting layout and stone mix so the second run of rhinestone uppers matches the first across the vamp, the toe and the color coating.
