The base sheet measures 24×40cm and stays that fixed size across the range. What changes is the stone count on the sheet, drawn from an extensive density library. That is useful for bodysuits, where you might want a dense band across the bust and a lighter scatter down the torso. You cut both from the same material and the stretch behaviour stays consistent. A trim that behaves one way at the seam and another way at the panel will pucker. This one holds a single character across the piece.

A bandeau lives or dies on its top edge. The mesh cuts cleanly along a curve, so a band of rhinestones can run parallel to the neckline and keep even spacing where the fabric turns. Bodysuits add leg openings and a scooped back, both tight radiuses. Because the sheet is flexible, a cutter can nest small curved segments out of one piece and lay them exactly where the garment bends. Done well, the stones read as one continuous line of light rather than a row of flat tiles.

布料拉伸时怎么锁住钻
Stretch is the real test. When a bodysuit pulls tight across the ribs, the base under the trim elongates, and a rigid application would pop stones at the stress points. The mesh distributes that movement across the whole grid instead of loading one line of glue. We recommend pressing onto the fabric while it sits in its relaxed state, then letting the garment carry the stretch. Placed that way, the stones spread apart slightly under tension and close back up at rest, and none of them sit on a hard crease.
拉伸才是真考验。连体衣勒紧肋这一段时,辅料底下的布被拉长,硬贴法会在受力点崩钻。胶网片把这股动作摊到整张网格上,不会全压在一条胶线上。我们建议在布料松弛的状态下压贴,再让成衣去承担拉伸。这么放,受力时钻之间稍微张开,回松时又合拢,没有哪颗压在硬折痕上。

Cut edges need attention or they show. For a clean line, cut between the stone rows rather than through them, so no half stone sits at the border. On a bandeau top edge that faces outward all day, a bound or turned edge over the mesh keeps the cut invisible and protects the outer row from lifting. For bodysuits, we suggest sampling the leg and back openings first, since those curves are the tightest and tell you fast whether your spacing plan holds. Get the samples right, then scale the placement across the run.
