A Sketch Is Not a Patch: What the Drawing Must Carry
草图不是钻贴：图上必须写清什么
A custom rhinestone Diamond Patch starts as a drawing, but a pretty sketch is not a build file. We need the motif outline at true size, the left-right facing if the pair is mirrored, and which vamp or heel the piece sits on. A phone photo of a sandal with a flower doodled on top is a start. It is not enough to cut from.
定制水钻钻贴从一张图起手，可好看的草图还不能当施工文件。我们要真实尺寸的图案轮廓、成对时左右脚朝哪边，以及这块贴落在哪一块鞋面或后跟上。凉鞋上随手画朵花的手机照片，能当起点，不够拿来下刀。
Send vector if you have it: AI, SVG, or a clean PDF. A JPEG works when the edges are sharp and the scale is written on the page, for example "12 cm wide at EU 37." Hand sketches are fine if they carry that scale bar. What we can't use is a screenshot with no millimetres. Then we guess the size, and the guess is the first thing the sample gets wrong.
有矢量就发矢量：AI、SVG，或一份干净的 PDF。JPEG 也行，边缘要清楚，纸上写比例，比如「EU 37，宽 12 cm」。手绘可以，但得带着这根尺。没法用的是没有毫米数的截图。那样只能猜尺寸，样品第一轮做错，多半就错在这个猜上。
Name the substrate on the same sheet: fabric, leather, PVC or rubber. If the motif has a direction, a rose that faces left, a flag that bursts one way, mark "mirrored pair" or "identical pair" in the file name. That one word saves a sample round.
鞋材写在同一张图上：布面、皮料、PVC、橡胶。图案有方向的，玫瑰朝左、旗面向一边炸开，就在文件名里标「镜像一对」或「相同一对」。这一个词能省一轮样。
Lock Size to the Last Before You Pick Stones
先按楦锁定尺寸，再选钻
Motif size on a rhinestone Diamond Patch runs from a 2 cm accent to a 15–20 cm vamp cover. That range means nothing until you pin it to a last. A 10 cm rose that sits well on a EU 37 sandal vamp will crowd a EU 36 and look lost on a EU 41. Write the size run. Write the last number if you have it. Then we scale the motif, not the last to a pretty drawing.
水钻钻贴的图案从 2 cm 小点缀到 15–20 cm 整面鞋头。对着楦钉死之前，这个区间没有意义。一朵 10 cm 的玫瑰在 EU 37 凉鞋面上刚好，放到 36 会挤，放到 41 又空。把尺码段写上。有楦号就写楦号。是图案去就楦，不是楦去就一张好看的图。
Stone size comes after the outline is locked. SS2.5 fills tight curves and small petals. SS12 reads from a walking distance on a large burst. Mixing sizes inside one motif is normal. It's a design choice, not a default. If the drawing does not mark where the large stones sit, we will place them by eye, and that is another round you did not need.
钻号要等轮廓锁定再选。SS2.5 填得进紧曲线和小花瓣。SS12 在大块放射图案上，走路远一点也能看见。同一块贴里混钻号是常事。这是设计选择，不是默认。图上不标大钻落点，我们就按眼缘摆，那又是一轮本可以省掉的改样。
Keep a few millimetres of clear edge inside the die-cut. The patch is backless, so the cut line is the silhouette the shoe will show. Stones on the cut chip when the knife goes through. Pull the outer row in, even by two millimetres, and the sample comes back clean.
刀线内侧留几毫米空边。钻贴无布底，刀线就是鞋子上能看见的外轮廓。钻压在刀线上，下刀时会崩。外圈往里收，哪怕两毫米，样品回来才是齐的。
Artwork, Stone Mix, and Backing Are Three Decisions
图案、配钻、底胶，三件事分开定
Buyers often send one file and expect the factory to make it bright. A rhinestone Diamond Patch has three knobs, and they don't turn together. Artwork is the silhouette and the facing. Stone mix is colour, size, and which elements sit where: pointed-back rhinestone, flat-back, resin, pearl, ABS, claw chain. Backing is hot-melt or 513 double-sided. Change one after the sample is cut, and the other two often have to be recut.
买家常发一个文件，指望工厂给它亮起来。水钻钻贴有三个旋钮，不能一起拧。图案管轮廓和朝向。配钻管颜色、钻号、哪种元素坐在哪：尖底水钻、平底、树脂、珍珠、ABS、爪链。底胶是热熔还是 513 双面胶。样品切完再改其中一项，另外两项往往得重做。
Hot-melt is the usual path on a shoe line. Heat-press at 130–150°C for 10–20 seconds, on fabric, leather, PVC or rubber. 513 double-sided sticks without heat, which helps when the upper cannot take that temperature. Tell us the substrate before we pick the film. A PVC rainboot and a fabric sandal vamp are not the same bond.
热熔是鞋线常用的路。130–150°C 热压 10–20 秒，布面、皮料、PVC、橡胶都能上。513 双面胶不用加热，鞋面吃不住那个温度时用得上。选胶膜之前先告诉我鞋材。PVC 雨靴和布面凉鞋，粘法不是同一回事。
The flexible adhesive base is the same foundation Crystal Mesh uses as a sheet. A rhinestone Diamond Patch is that family, already die-cut to motif, so the shoe factory does not cut in-house. Catalogue shapes help as a look reference. They are not the piece you receive on a custom path. Your drawing, your last, your backing.
柔性底胶和水钻网片做片材时用的是同一套基础结构。水钻钻贴是这个家里按图案刀切好的那一款，鞋厂不用自己下刀。现成形状可以拿来对个感觉，不是定制路上你最终拿到的那块。你的图，你的楦，你的底胶。
The Sample Round: What to Approve on the Piece
打样这一轮：实物上要过哪些关
The sample is not a display object. It is a checklist you hold. On a custom rhinestone Diamond Patch we ask buyers to sign off five things, in this order: outline against the drawing, width and height against the last, stone colour under indoor light and daylight, left-right facing if the pair is mirrored, and the bond on the actual upper after a heat-press cycle at 130–150°C.
样品不是摆设。它是捏在手里的核对单。定制水钻钻贴，我们请买家按这个顺序过五关：轮廓对不对图、长宽对不对楦、室内光和日光下的钻色、成对时左右朝向、在真实鞋材上按 130–150°C 热压一枪后的粘接。
Don't approve from a photo alone if you can avoid it. Phone cameras flatten brilliance and shift AB and iridescent stones. If the sample has to travel, ask for a daylight shot and a shop-light shot of the same piece, plus a millimetre reading on a ruler laid across the motif. The physical piece still wins.
能看实物就别只看照片。手机镜头会压掉闪度，AB 和幻彩的颜色也会偏。样品必须寄出的话，要同一块贴的日光照片和车间灯照片，再加一把尺子横在图案上的毫米读数。最终仍以实物为准。
OEM/ODM custom from artwork is the service. First cuts start from USD 500. Send the drawing, the last size and the substrate together, so the first sample is a decision, not a discovery.

From Approved Sample to Bulk Without Drift
样品过了，量产不要漂
Once the sample is signed, the job is to keep the bulk identical. On a rhinestone Diamond Patch that means the die stays the same, the stone lot is matched to the approved piece, and the adhesive base, hot-melt or 513, does not switch mid-run. If a stone colour is short, we stop and confirm a substitute. We do not silently swap.
样品签了，量产的任务就是不要走样。水钻钻贴这一块：刀模不换，钻的批次对着签样配，热熔或 513 底胶中途不换。某号钻色不够，停下来确认替代，不默默换掉。
Keep the approved sample in the factory and a twin with the buyer. When a bulk carton arrives, pull one patch and lay it on the signed piece. Check outline, colour, backing feel. If they diverge, the run is the problem, not the original drawing. Write the sample number on the bulk PO. A factory can hit a numbered sample. It can't hit "like last time."
签样留一枚在厂，买家手里留一枚对样。大货到了，抽一块贴到签样上比：轮廓、颜色、底胶手感。对不上，是这批货的问题，不是原图的问题。大货采购单上写签样编号。工厂打得中一个有编号的样品，打不中一句「跟上次一样」。
