A rhinestone bangle sticker was engineered for a hard, curved, small surface. That description also fits a sunglasses temple, the back of a phone case, a compact lid and a hair clip, so the product crosses over with almost no redesign. The buyers asking for it are not the same as the bracelet buyers. They come from eyewear factories, 3C accessory brands and gift customisation shops, and they arrive with a part they already make and a wish to add sparkle to it.
手镯钻贴本来就是为"硬、弯、小"的表面设计的。这几个字同样贴合墨镜镜腿、手机壳背面、粉盒盖和发夹，所以这条产品线几乎不用重画就能跨过去用。来问的买家和买手镯的不是同一拨人：他们来自眼镜厂、3C 配件品牌和礼品定制店，手上已经有一个在做的部件，想给它加点闪。
The advantage over loose stones set one by one is speed. A pre-arranged rhinestone strip lands the whole pattern in a single placement instead of dozens of hand-set stones. On a temple arm that is a few seconds of work rather than a few minutes, and on a run of a thousand pairs that difference decides whether the decoration is worth quoting at all.

The curve decides everything before pattern does

Buyers tend to open with colour and pattern. On these small parts the first question is actually the curve, because a sunglasses temple, a case corner and a rounded lid each bend on a tighter radius than a wrist. The tighter the radius, the less a wide strip of large stones can follow it, and the sooner the edges lift.
买家开口通常先说颜色和花型。但在这些小部件上，第一个该问的其实是曲率。镜腿、壳角、圆盖，弯的半径都比手腕更小。半径越小，一条又宽又大钻的条就越跟不上，边缘也越早翘。
Three rules hold across most of these parts:
- Narrow the strip. A slimmer rhinestone sticker wraps a temple arm or a case ridge without fighting the crown of the surface.
- Shrink the stone. Smaller stones tolerate more bend per centimetre, so a densely paved fine-stone surface hugs a tight radius that would pop a large block.
- Break the run. Where a hard corner turns, splitting the strip into short segments with a clean gap lets each piece sit flat instead of bridging the corner and lifting.
三条规则在这些部件上基本通用：

The small-accessory world runs on surfaces that a bracelet buyer never touches: acetate eyewear frames, polycarbonate cases, TPU bumpers, plated compact shells, painted clip blanks. Each takes the same rhinestone sticker backing differently. Acetate and polished acetate hold well once cleaned; a soft-touch or oil-coated TPU case can reject an adhesive that grips acetate perfectly.
小配件这个世界，跑的都是做手镯的人碰不到的表面：板材眼镜框、PC 手机壳、TPU 软边、电镀粉盒壳、喷漆发夹胚。同一种水钻钻贴背胶贴上去，每种表面脾气都不一样。板材和亮面板材清洁后附着很好；而带柔touch 涂层或表面带油的 TPU 壳，可能会把贴板材没问题的胶顶回去。
The fix is procedural, not clever. Confirm the sample on the exact part the customer mass-produces on, including its coating, not a bare substitute. Where a coating is the problem, either the sticker backing is matched to it or the part surface is prepared before application. Getting this wrong on eyewear is expensive, because a temple that sheds stones in a display case is a returned order, not a cosmetic complaint.
解决办法靠流程，不靠小聪明。用客户量产真正会用的那个部件来确认样品，连涂层一起，别拿光胚顶。涂层真成问题时，要么把钻贴背胶配着它选，要么在贴之前先处理部件表面。这一步在眼镜上做错代价很大，一条在展柜里掉钻的镜腿是退货，不是一句表面瑕疵能带过的。
Edge finishing on parts people handle
常被上手的部件，收边要讲究
A bracelet is worn and mostly left alone. Sunglasses get folded, cases get dropped in and out of bags, compacts snap shut against other things in a purse. These parts are handled constantly, and a rhinestone strip edge that catches a fingernail or a bag lining will start to peel from that point. So edge treatment matters more here than on a cuff.
手镯戴上就基本不动了。墨镜要折，手机壳要在包里进进出出，粉盒在包里跟别的东西磕碰着合上。这些部件天天被上手，水钻条只要有一个边能勾住指甲或包里衬，就会从那个点开始起边。所以这里的收边比在宽镯上更要紧。
Two things keep edges down. Set the strip inside a recess or a moulded channel where the part design allows it, so the surrounding surface protects the edge instead of exposing it. Where there is no recess, choose a strip whose outer row sits low and tapers, rather than a tall block that stands proud and offers a lip to catch. On eyewear temples specifically, running the pattern slightly inboard of the fold hinge keeps the stones clear of the highest wear point.
有两招能把边压住。条件允许的话，把条嵌进部件上的凹槽或成型沟里，让周围的面去保护边，而不是把边亮在外面。没有凹槽的，就选外圈压得低、往外收薄的条，别用高高立起、留出一道棱来勾东西的大块面。镜腿上尤其要注意：把花型往折叠铰链内侧挪一点，让钻粒避开磨损最狠的那个点。

- Strip width and the developed length along the part
- Stone size and pattern family: fine paved, chain, block, or mixed
- Colour and backing tone, matched to the part's own finish
- Quantity per design and whether the part is handled often in use

- 条要包的最小半径，或者随打样把真部件寄来

Send the part with the enquiry and the whole guessing stage disappears. A curved rhinestone sticker is only as good as the surface it was tested on, and on small accessories that surface is never generic.
