Wide acrylic cuffs are back in the buy, and most of them arrive at the factory as blanks. A rhinestone bangle sticker is the fastest way to turn that blank into a finished piece. Curvature, though, decides almost everything about which sticker works and which one lifts at the edge after three weeks in a warehouse.
大体积亚克力宽镯又回到订单里，进厂的大多还是素坯。手镯钻贴是把素坯做成成品最快的一条路。不过真正决定用哪种贴、哪种贴在仓库放三周后边缘会翘的，是弧度。
Why a Flat Strip Fails on a Cuff
平贴为什么在宽镯上待不住
A bangle is a cone, not a cylinder. The outer edge of a 40mm cuff travels a longer path than the inner edge, so a straight rhinestone strip cut from sheet stock will sit flat in the middle and gap at both ends. Designers usually notice this at sample stage and try to solve it by pressing harder. That works for a day.
手镯不是圆柱，是一小段圆锥。40mm 宽的镯子，外沿走的路比内沿长，直裁的水钻条贴上去中间服帖、两头张口。打样时设计师一般都会发现，然后想靠使劲压解决。能顶一天。
The fix is upstream of the glue. Stickers for curved bodies get cut on an arc so the strip's own geometry matches the cuff's taper. On our Bangle Diamond Sticker line the arc radius is a spec you give us, along with cuff width and outer circumference. Send those three numbers with the sample and the sticker arrives shaped.

Acrylic, Resin and Metal Behave Differently
亚克力、树脂和金属的脾气不一样
Acrylic is the easy one. It's smooth, non-porous, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive on a rhinestone sticker grabs it cleanly at room temperature. Two cautions: fresh-molded acrylic often carries mold release, and anything that came off the polisher may still have wax on it. Both kill adhesion. A wipe with isopropyl and twenty minutes of dry time is the whole procedure.
亚克力最好对付。表面光滑不吸，水钻贴上的压敏胶常温就能咬住。两个坑：刚出模的亚克力常带脱模剂，抛完光的可能还留蜡。这两样都会让胶失效。用异丙醇擦一遍、晾二十分钟，工序就这些。
Resin cuffs vary batch to batch. Some are sealed, some are not, and an unsealed resin surface will drink a little of the adhesive over the first week, which shows up as slightly reduced peel strength rather than outright failure. Metal cuffs hold best of the three but need degreasing, since handling oil transfers easily onto brushed finishes.
树脂镯批与批之间差别大。有的封了面，有的没封，没封的树脂头一周会把胶吃进去一点，表现出来是剥离强度略降，不至于直接掉。金属镯三者里附着最好，但要脱脂，因为手上的油很容易蹭到拉丝面上。
Whatever the body, give the finished piece 24 hours before it goes into a poly bag. Pressure-sensitive adhesive reaches full bond over time, not on contact, and bagging a fresh cuff traps enough movement to start an edge lifting.
不管什么基材，做完的成品放 24 小时再装袋。压敏胶是随时间达到最终粘接强度的，不是一贴就到位，刚贴完就装袋，袋子里那点挤压足够让边缘起头。
Stone Size Is a Curvature Decision, Not a Style One
钻的大小是弧度问题，不是风格问题
Buyers tend to pick stone size from a mood board. On a curved body it's structural. Large stones sit on a flat plane each, so across a tight arc they tilt away from one another and open visible channels of base material between them. Small stones follow the curve because each one only has to bridge a millimetre or two.
买手一般照着情绪板挑钻的大小。放在弧面上这其实是结构问题。大钻每颗都是一个平面，弧度一急，相邻的钻互相翘开，中间就露出底材的沟。小钻跟得住弧，因为每颗只需要跨过一两毫米。
Rough working rule from our sampling floor:
我们打样车间的粗略经验：
- Gentle arc, cuff 30mm and wider: large rhinestone blocks read well and give the weight buyers want from a statement piece.
- Tight arc or narrow bangle: stay small and dense. A fine rhinestone grid keeps the surface continuous.
- Mixed programs: run large stones down the centre band, small stones on the two flanking rows where the taper is sharpest.
- 弧度平缓、镯宽 30mm 以上：大颗水钻块效果好，也给得出个性单品要的分量感。
- 弧度急或者镯身窄：用小钻、排密。细密的水钻网格能让表面保持连续。
- 混搭做法：中间带走大钻，两侧锥度最急的那两排走小钻。
Pearl and rhinestone mixes sit in between. The pearls are round, so they tolerate curvature better than a flat-back stone of the same diameter, which is why mixed-bead cuffs can carry a bigger element than an all-crystal one.
珍珠混水钻介于两者之间。珍珠是圆的，比同直径的平底钻更能容忍弧度，所以混珠的镯子能用比全钻款更大的元素。

Sampling gets fast when the brief is complete. Five things:
资料给全，打样就快。五样东西：
- One physical cuff blank, or three if the batch has any curvature variation.
- Cuff width, outer circumference, and arc radius.
- Base material and whether it's sealed, polished or coated.
- Stone size and colour, plus AB or non-AB. Send a Pantone chip if the metal tone matters.
- Where the sticker ends: full wrap, centre band, or stopped short of the opening.
- 一只实物素坯镯，如果这批弧度有浮动就给三只。
- 镯宽、外周长、弧度半径。
- 基材，以及是否封面、抛光、镀层。
- 钻的规格与颜色，AB 还是非 AB。金属色调要紧的话附 Pantone 色卡。
- 钻贴到哪里为止：整圈包、只走中间带、还是在开口前收住。
That last one causes more revisions than anything else. A cuff that stops 8mm short of the opening looks intentional; one that stops 3mm short looks like it ran out.
最后一条引发的改版比其他都多。离开口 8mm 收住看着是设计；离 3mm 收住看着像料不够了。

Bangle stickers cut fast once tooling matches the arc, so the schedule is usually set by stone availability and colour matching rather than by the cutting itself. Reorders of an approved arc run quicker still, because the shape is already on file. Trial orders start at USD 500 across the eight product lines, which is enough to put two or three cuff variants in front of a customer before committing a season.
